Kamlesh Gandhi Projects was conceptualized to help people meet their dreams with reality. Since its inception on September 18th 1989, Kamlesh Gandhi Projects has endeavoured to turn houses into homes and offices into productive workspaces which blend elegance, functionality, comfort, conveniences, proximity and affordability.

With over three decades of experience in the Real Estate Sector, we have been using our skills and expertise to dig deep and stand high. Before transforming their wishes into reality, we care to understand what modern-day customers really want. Staying in the loop with the changing times, we aim to set higher benchmarks for customer relationships defined by sturdy and sophisticated structures.

Kamlesh Gandhi

Founder

Coming from a civil engineering background, Mr. Kamlesh Gandhi wanted to combine his entrepreneurial acumen with his technical prowess and thus led to the start of his firm in 1989. Mr. Gandhi is known for his infectious calm demeanour, breaking stereotypes on operational and technical levels and always staying one step ahead. His hunger for perfection and achieving excellence in anything he undertakes makes him stand out in the industry. Beyond his firm’s doors, he takes an intense interest in reading philosophy and invests his time in fitness and good health.

Neal Gandhi

Managing Director

Having completed his Masters in Construction Management and supplementing this with five years of work experience in the United States, Mr. Neal Gandhi brings a fresh perspective to the firm. After sharpening his skills by working with illustrious clients like Frito Lay, Mr. Gandhi wants to contribute to the home firm and aspires to multiply the success ratio. He is a firm believer in the dictum that there is no replacement for hard work and that the right work ethic can take you places. Besides his go-getter attitude, he takes pride in being a cricket enthusiast, a nature lover and an avid traveller.
